Chapter 22, Article 26A NMSA 1978 may be cited as the “Public School Lease Purchase Act”.

Effective dates.
Laws 2007, ch. 173 contains no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const. art IV § 23, is effective on June 15, 2007, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.

The 2009 amendment, effective June 19, 2009, “Chapter 22, Article 26A NMSA 1978” for “Sections 1 through 20 of this act.”
