30-31-17.  Order forms.

Controlled substances in Schedules I and II [30-31-6 and 30-31-7 NMSA 1978] shall be distributed by a registrant to another registrant only pursuant to an order form. Compliance with the provisions of the federal Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970 [21 USCS § 801 et seq.] respecting order forms shall be deemed compliance with this section.
