IN PRIVATE VEHICLES
E-2700 © EEAG Eligible students requiring transportation to and from school-sponsored activities shall be provided school-authorized transportation. In an emergency situation, staff and students shall follow District procedures. Ruidoso Municipal School District has no liability for students who are transported to and from school events unless school-authorized transportation is provided.
The Superintendent shall develop regulations to govern the use of private vehicles for transporting students.
