File: GCFC - Professional Staff Certification and Credentialing Requirements

Applicants for certificated staff positions shall hold or qualify for a Colorado teaching license. The license shall be registered in the superintendent's office before salary may be paid, in accordance with state law.

Applicants shall have a bachelor's degree or the equivalent.

All teachers must attain six semester hours during each five-year period of the license in accordance with state law in order to renew their licenses.
