File:  DKA - Payment Procedures/Schedules

Employees who are not hourly shall be paid on the 25th day of each month.  When the 25th day falls during a holiday or weekend, payday shall be the last banking day prior to the 25th of the month in accordance with the "Schedule of Public School Finance Act State Share Payment Dates" included in the Public School Finance Act as amended from time to time.

All hourly employees shall be paid on the 10th day of each month.  When the 10th day falls during a holiday or weekend, payday shall be the last working day preceding the holiday or weekend.

As of July 1, 2007, all employees who are not hourly shall participate in East Otero School District's payroll direct deposit system.
